the location was unbeatable because it was adjacent to the train station and sogo department store, and sogo department store which has variety of good foods to take away at the basement 1. we dined out at tonkatsukatsuhiro, set around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I loved the spacious rooms and comfy beds, perfect for relaxing after a busy day! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. Plus, the onsen was a nice touch - it really helped me unwind during my New Year stay. They also provided complimentary water every day, which was a lifesaver!

The cleanliness was a letdown. The room had a weird smell and dusty surfaces, which made it hard to feel comfortable. Breakfast was overpriced and just average at best; honestly, I would've preferred grabbing something from the convenience store nearby. The service was hit or miss too—asking for sugar felt like a big deal. not the best experience!

Reasonably spacious hotel with absolutely fantastic rooms and most importantly, polite staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Their service was excellent! Not to mention very good wifi! Great and perfect location to Railway Museum. Also, near various department stores.

The hotel’s beautiful decor and spacious room made for a cozy retreat. The onsen at the top floor was a fantastic way to unwind, and my son loved the nearby park. it was a nice visit, and we’d happily return for more family adventures.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, along with great-smelling in-house toiletries like face wash, shampoo, and conditioner, made my family's stay enjoyable, and the convenient location allowed easy access to Omiya Station for exploring the area.

Couple getaway worth the money

The staff was helpful, they let us leave our luggage after checkout to continue exploring. The outdoor spa was exactly what we needed after a long day, it's so relaxing under the stars, I felt my stress melting away.

It wasn't the cheapest stay but it was still reasonable for what we got.

The hotel is situated within a short walk from Omiya station. I really enjoyed the spacious room with a great view and the rooftop onsen was a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The nearby shops and restaurants added to the overall enjoyable experience. One aspect that could be improved is the clarity around late check-out charges, as I wasn't informed of additional fees .
